When did Ebay introduce the new 1% International Fee

Why is the seller charged for a sale mailed to an Australian address but made by a buyer registered outside Australia using an Australian address?

Why isn,t there any reference to this additional fee on the Sales Record?

I do not know of any ebay fees for international transactions.

Are you sure it is not a bank fee?

Yes.

It's not the address, but the funding source (Aus-issue card vs internationally issued card).

PayPal fees were similar - if the payment was made with an international card, the fee was / is 1% higher.

Did you read the stuff you signed up for on Managed Payments? it was clearly in there (and one of the reasons I didnt change over to Managed Payments).
