Where is the link to Accept International Agreement so as I can sell internationally

You cannot sign the international agreement through Turbo Lister. Start a listing using the ebay SYI form and when you go to select international postage the agreement should pop up for you to sign. Once you finish and upload that listing do a TL update and you should be OK.

Oh that is so odd as now the I agree box is missing from bottom of page but was definitely showing when I clicked on Kopes link earlier.

Meg, I just tried both Kopes and bbs's links, Kopes's doesn't show the agree tab but bbs's does.

Like Foxy, I'm just a buyer as well.

I did as you said and it worked I now can list internationally. Would have thought Ebay would have it easier to do it but at least with your help I got it.
