I'm having the same problem today. I had an on-line chat with ebay this morning (8.30am) and they said to give it about 4 hours. At the time, no one else seemed to be having this problem so it 'freaked' me out a bit. Ironically, it's good to see others posting about the same concerns. At least I know it's not just me. Hope it's sorted out quickly.
