For the last week or so I have had infuriating difficulty with not being able to list items to sell. I am repeatedly redirected to the "Welcome To Ebay" screen, sign in AGAIN and AGAIN. I can use ETSY without any difficulty so the suggestion that there was something amiss with my system doesn't hold up. I heard that Ebay is offering free listing at the moment so wondered if it was massively increased traffic. Whatever, is this happening to anyone else?

I've had LOTS of glitches, had to delete turbo lister & gave up on that, ended listings staying in ACTIVE SELLING columns, but no trouble signing in or listing directly from ebay Sell Your Item area.
Yes, there is definitely something going on in the BACKGROUND that a lot of us would love solved.
I don't know if the freebies are a way of saying 'we won't charge you because .....'
good luck.
oh, I use BING as my home page & never have any problems signing in.

I have this problem heaps.....pretty frustrating. If it is the same problem I have it can be fixed if you go into tools (top right wheel looking thing for IE9). Select internet options and then delete browsing history (select cookies, history and temp internet files). Then delete. This will take a moment. Close your browser and re-open it, it should work. Alternatively download a different browser type. I have an Iphone so I also have safari on my comp.
Good luck!!

Thank you for your suggestions. I use Safari and have no trouble anywhere else. Credit card is up to date, the same thing happens if I try to do it with my iphone. I will try your suggestions and also try using a PC instead of a Mac, see what happens. Thanks.

Hi. Safari had me pulling my hair out trying to list on my PC this weekend too if that makes you feel any better. I kept getting the sign in page pop-up when I went to 'add pictures' ?!?!?!? which was a new one to me. I gave up and used a different browser and had no trouble at 🙂

Thanks for all of your replies. I changed to Firefox and Bing. I hope I'm not speaking too soon but it's working like clockwork. SUCH a relief!:-)

Hi, Hope it continues to work OK because I always use Firefox and I've been having heaps of problems this week.
First I couldn't open my Sold Items except by going into View Order Details.
Now today, 2 of my buyers tell me that they can't pay for their items because both are showing (at their end) as Cancelled listings, which they are not. Infact one of them said that when she saw that it was a Cancelled listing, she assumed (as you would !!) that she would no longer be needing to pay for it !!
Ebay describe this as a 'Known issue' which their technical team are working on. Nice if they'd bothered to tell us about this 'known issue', and not let us try to second guess why this is all happening and manage confused and frustrated buyers at the same time.
Seems like that would have been a common courtesy.
. . . . .what am I saying ????
Ebay wouldn't know anything about that, now would they !!!!
