Why can't we print customer orders with multiple purchases on it? Only printing the first item

Customer orders are no longer printing the whole order, only the first item. Anyone able to help me with this? Ebay can't.

The Sales Order section is all mucked up.

You can still print Invoices and/or Packing Slips through SMP which show all the details.

And if you don't have SMP (Selling Manager Pro) like me, there is no way round it currently. You have to handwrite (!!!!) the remainder of the items on the invoice.  Grrrr......

Why don't you sign up to the free Selling Manager? You can then print out invoices and packing slips.

Is there a form then in SMP that will print the packing slip but also have the payment date and payment method on it?  Found the form you're speaking off, but I do my company invoices off the order form which works well for me due to the quantity of sales as it says the date paid etc to may reconcilliation easier.  If I print out the packing slip/invoice from SMP it doesn't give me that info.  Would love your feedback or advice on this please.

I don't know, I'll have to have a look.

The only page we print out is the PayPal or Bank payment email as it has all the info we need to pack and post.

The options in SMP are

Invoice and address labels

• Address labels and invoice / packing slip
• Invoice / Packing slip
• Address labels
• Invoice for your own records
• All (address label, invoice / packing slip, invoice for your own records)

If you select Invoice for your own records it has all the buyer info, date of sale, date and method of payment, item detail including variation.

I'm with you I find it too slow to use. I find it quicker contacting customers and packing from my selling reminders. The only thing I use SMP for is making items as posted in bulk and adding tracking numbers.
