A blue dollar sign means the sale (or rather, payment) is not pending, it was instant (or has cleared). Pending payments also disappear off the summary page after a couple of days, even though they haven't cleared yet, and you have to click "view all" to see them.
If none of the above addresses / answers your question, then it is an impossible question to answer (partciularly based on the limited info provided).
And don't call me a troll, neither, it's just that there is no way for anyone here to determine what the issue really is, what's causing it, and how to fix (which could be something as simple as 'you're not looking in the right place', to something more complicated that you'd have to phone PayPal about - although, if you wanna send me you PP login details* I'll be happy to have a look and see if I can troubleshoot 😉 ).
*hopefully it's obvious this is a facetious comment, but adding the disclaimer just in case it's not.
