If you listed in the cars category eBay might have charged you for selling a car. Is it the seat?
http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/sell/fees.html#final
the final value fee for a car is 60$
talk to customer support top right then contact eBay to sort it out.

Are you posting the item and if so what was the total amount on the invoice you issued? That is what the fvf is based on.

good point amber-eyed-girl, do you know if that applies to car/motor bike parts also?

Looks like it was actually the scooter tail piece , it has been listed in Scooters , not the parts section , therefore , FVF"s will be for a vehicle .
Op has done this 3 times before. luckily no sales but strange they have only noticed now hat the FVf would be.

The OP should talk to eBay. The 60$ is for vehicles.
not for parts and accessories.

lot of people get mixed up the car/vehicle category is at the top of the drop down menu and the parts and accessories
category is nearly at the bottom of the drop down category list.
any item listed in the car category is charged a $60fvf
All items listed in the parts and accs category work on % like most other ebay categories.
I notice too that often cars get listed in the book category..... I dunno why........
I just know I fend a lot of them when I am doing searches item nearest first
