Why was I charge twice for a item when the buyer didn't pay for it the first time,opened unpaid it

Opened unpaid item dispute,but still no refund on my invoice (CHARGE TWICE ) unfair and illegal.

Hi,when did you open the dispute?It takes I think 4 days to wait for buyers response before you can close the case,then you get the fee credit

You opened an Unpaid Item Dispute but did you close it after 4 days and issue the buyer with a strike?

When the dispute is closed the refund of FVFs should be automatic.

Ebay has no idea that the first transaction fell through unless you tell them by issuing a Mutual Cancellation or opening and then closing an Unpaid Item Dispute.
