Hi. i recently sold an item. Carefully packaged it and sent it off the next day to the the USA. I notified the buyer the tracking number and also issued a partial postage refund of $15.60 via Paypal as the ebay postage calculator cost and the actual postage amount on sending it differed.
Happy i had poffered a greats ervice, care in packaging, prompy postage and good communicationa s i always do....
i was totally shocked today to find i had been given the following negative feedback (my first ever).
"$91 to ship 16 crash, yet the cymbal was not packed properly- little padding/box"
and my reply:
"Not $91 was $81.60 then refunded $15.60(actual vs calculated) @time of posting"
he has misquoted the original postage cost for one thing.
i have also applied for send a buyer a Feedback revision request and hopinghe sees the error of his ways.

Not sure if it is worth it but may be worth trying, call ebay and they can see you have refunded any money and that the feedback is wrong and they MIGHT remove it as the info in the feedback is wrong.
