Which is why you can open NPB dispute, close it and issue the nuisance with a strike.
More than one strike will see thier buying ability seriously curtailed, so long as sellers have the blanket blocks in place

As long as negative feedback for buyers did not prevent them bidding it served no purpose trhat to start stressfull **bleep** for tat retaliation. NPD strikes stop them from bidding as long as you have the filters in place.

i actually believe removing it was a good idea it taught me not to waste time bickering with non payers, and not to stress about whether some one who previously had negs was going to go sour on me. Serial offenders wouldn't get past my blocks.
You can't stop people not following through ona sale, but you can stop yourself stressing over it.
