I have been trying - unsuccessfuly - for over a month to update my details for the new payment arrangements that eBay has brought in
I foillow the links in emails and have been trying to find a link to make the requisite changes
I get into a circular loop between "Learn More" page and "Start Now" page with no end!
I get the message

How to I make the changes??????
