With Australia post Changes to costs of posting it appears to cost about $6 just to post A CD via normal mail which includes Adquete Safe Padding just to send 1 CD!!
I find it cheaper & more ecomical & also get covered for lost in post to send via A Pre-paid Envelop that in bulk pack cost around $4.90 & that incldeds postage & i know from experince i can post without padding & put 2 cds in that.
I do say in my listings I happy to combine postage on all my listings to make cheaper so give buyers a chance spred postage cost over mutiple items

I use padded envelopes, put a piece of bubble wrap on the inside of the case and then wrap the case in plastic to help prevent any water damage if it gets left out in the rain etc. I've sent hundreds of CDs and DVDs that way, and not a single one broken, stamps usually cost $1.20 to $1.80 depending on the weight ($1.20 for up to 125gm, $1.80 for up to 250gm), and if you buy the padded envelopes in bulk you can get them quite cheaply.

There are a LOT of CDs for sale on ebay at a time when B&M stores are selling them off at ever lowering prices because more people are digitally downloading music. Unless you are selling hard to get or specialist items I probably wouldn't bother listing them at all. Time to move on and find something else to sell methinks.
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
See what a trendsetter I am?
