a buyer refused to pay.why can't i leave neg feedback to let other buyers know

a buyer has not paid for an item.ignored messages.ebay were very good and helped me all the way,but i cannot leave feedback to warn other sellers.i also have another buyer refusing to pay,she has zero feedback,will she get away with it also? regards kath

Open the non payer disputes 4 days after the sale and then 4 days later close them.

Put in place the blocks to stop non payers from buying from you.

To put these blocks in place hover your mouse over account in your my eBay page and from the drop down click on Site Preferences then go down the list till you see Buyer requirements and to the right of that click on show then click on edit. From there you can put in place the blocks you want, to stop those you want to block from purchasing from you.

Sellers were stopped from leaving negs due to too many leaving retaliatory negs for no reason other than getting one.

If you leave a +ive with a neg comment it can be removed when the buyer reports it and you get a policy violation against you.

Kath, you can commence a dispute for item not paid for, then if it isn't paid in 4 days close the dispute, you will receive your fees back and other sellers who have the correct blocks in place will be protected from the seller as ebay issues them with a "strike" for not paying. The buyer cannot leave you negative feedback in this case, and if they do ebay will remove it.
