I would like to know how I add non AP courier services to my listings. I have tried create new policy, offered worldwide shipping and then domestic shipping. The problem with domestic shipping is that I can only choose a flat rate option to offer non Ap courier service which is not fair to those that are closer to me. I like to charge the cheapest, best and least expensive postage option to my customers but at the moment I don't seem to be able to give them any option other than AP.

You can either select freight, in which case no postage charge is specified in the listing (unless you put rates in the description area) and the buyer is invoiced with postage added after the sale, or use eBay's rate table, where you can specify up to 15 different rates to different locations, which will be displayed to the buyer in the listing and won't need an invoice post-sale.
