Yes unfortunately this happens as often as people who purchase or win an item and dont pay for it.
I cant stand it and it also annoys me that people purchase and take 4 days to pay without any contact whatsoever, as they know you cant open an unpaid case for 4 days after purchase. Very annoying and extremely rude and cheeky. I think eBay needs to step up and allow unpaid item cases to be opened earlier. Its just not fair 😞
