Is anybody having trouble using this? I have tried for the past week and cannot get it to work. First, it was completely unavailable. Second, I keep getting the "ship from invalid state" error despite all the details being accurate. So frustrating!

ebay changed postage

Ebay changed the price I set $8.95 to $13.65When Previewed the invoice , it showed my price, but after the invoice was sent it showed postage at the higher amountThis is annoying me, the seller. Heaven knows what the buyer is thinking.
