Why does Ebay continue to allow sellers to put the link or name of their Facebook page on listings. I have been a member for 4 years and always obeyed the rules but I am tired of seeing people using ebay not as a selling forum but as an advertisement...

This morning I have an offer for 200 free listings in my eBay - it states for all sellers from 16th Oct - 20th Oct Happy selling everyone!

Can I sell my item to somebody else when the buyer hasn't paid?

It has been nearly two weeks from the close of the auction and the buyer has still not paid or gotten back to me in any way, shape or form. Can I sell my item to the second place bidder or on another site?
