Not getting 3 Free relists

I am listing some things tonight to use uo my months listings but i am not getting the box at the end that you click to get the 3 free relists.....is it just me?

Should i refund?

Sold item in November last year, recieved positive feedback a few days later. January this year, buyer opens Paypal dispute claiming item defective, manage to sort it out with them privately and he cancels the dispute, i'm dubious about his reasoning...

Email about ending auction.

I got an email to end my auction early a few days ago, but it's not a buy it now or best offer! And can't end it with a buyer and they pay though ebay. So, is it suspicious, should I end it? and pay fees (of course) to avoid negative.
