Bid Retraction

I just had a bidder retract a bid, using the 'entered wrong amount' excuse. They joined eBay on Nov 13, 2014. They have 25 feedback. They have had 14 bid retractions since they joined!!!! That's nearly 1 a day. Talk about violating the bid retraction...

100% buying activity with this seller ?

The drop down list of inserts on the selling page is not working.

The inserts are all in but when clicked they will not appear on my listing.I notice that the colour is a light blue and cannot be clicked on.Does anyone have a suggestion ~ it would be much appreciated?
