best offer accepted then buyer selected local pickup to avoid p&h, auto paid

I thought I was seeing things but today rec'd a best offer on an item which I accepted.  I've checked I had post on it, and on their offer there is the ebay blub best offer does not include post price. 

I thought I saw it was an overseas buyer as theres an invoice there for US post airmail price, however their payment shows they're in VIC and i'm in NSW and I'm looking at the paypal payment email wondering why its so low..seems they haven't paid any post.

I don't often offer free post so I checked and it shows they've selected local pickup, which let them pay just the total for th emag.

I've emailed, refunded their paypal payment .  so whether they meant to or not, how do I reinvoice as ebay now shows they've paid but I've unmarked it as paid.  If I want to resend the invoice with p&h and so they have my paypal address how do I do it?  thanks

Try clicking on contact buyer and at the top of the next page is there a send invoice link?

If yes then click on that and it should take you to an invoice where you can then enter the postage and send

Is there no other option to send a revised invoice?

Depending on how you have your ebay home page set up will depend on what shows.

Once you refunded the payment it should not be showing as paid anyway

thanks sparklz, yes I could resend the invoice that way.  bizarre - perhaps it was an ebay glitch...I've never had that happen before.  unless the buyer hit the wrong button say on the mobile.

If they paid by paypal you should have their email address there and you can then create a new invoice and email it to them
