Hey guys,
I am trying to work out a more cost effective way to send items withing Australia that tecnically do not fit under the large letter catigory with Australian Post becuase of their thickness being over the 20mm max. The items are only 30-50 grams in weight, but Australian post want to charge me 7.45 to send these. The items i am trying to send are worth $10, so it is a bit much to ask customers to pay $8 for postage.
If anyone could help me out here that would be fantastic.

only 1 way sell them in multiples maybe 3s ,also pick up to your area might be a bit hard as you are from the country side.

There is no cheaper way that I know of, not since Auspost removed the under 250gm parcel rate (man I wish they'd bring that back!). And I doubt you will find a courier that charges less than $7.45 for a package either.

Yes sadly it is a real pain and crux to selling some items! I have listed a ton of books and had this exact issue; just no way of sending cheaper unless buyers purchase a few books at a time? Some books the postage is more than the book itself and you can see why there are so many book sellers from the UK and US selling on this platform as they can ship all the way from there cheaper than sellers in Aus can send to a couple of suburbs away!
