Do you mean the words, phrases etc showing on the tabs when looking at your store pages?
If so, go to Manage My Store > Search engine keywords (left-hand menu). The primary keywords are the ones that appear on the tabs (at least, the first two on mine, before commas etc, so a short phrase should be ok).
