Have they paid for the item?
If not open a non payer dispute 4 days after the sale and if they still have not paid 4 days later close it to get your fees back and they get a strike.
Then add them to your BBL.

They have already received the item? Have they emailed to question the postage?
Your listings are a bit confusing. In the title they say Postage $12.35 but in the Postage section it says $33.40.
I can understand the buyer being confused.

I did think at first $30+ was to much for postage but I believe its one day shipping so I think thats fine maybe just a future idea would be to offer a slower cheaper option.

You do need to be more specific with your costs and definitely find a less expensive way.
So long as the amount you charged was correct and shows on the postal slip on the parcel then your buyer should not complain.
If however the cost showing on the parcel is significantly less than what you charged then your buyer has every right to be peeved.
Edited: If it is relating to the 3 negs left stating overharge postage - then yes I would have negged you too. You over charged double.

Why do you do automatic express postage? Have it as an option if they want it but it is only asking for complaints on postage. I post my T-shirts up to kids size 14 for $3, anything larger than that I charge $7.70 post and packaging.

Is it possible that the seller is not aware that they cannot shift profit margin into their postage fees? Perhaps they are unaware of exactly what eBay allows to be included in advertised postage costs.
