The recipient's name is part of the shipping address.
If they enter the name that they want it shipped to during checkout then you are covered by PayPal Seller Protection.

Just tell them you will have to send to the address as it is showing in checkout so if they want to make any changes to do it there before they proceed to the actual payment page.
If you are using a regular red satchel without signature on delivery you will not be covered anyway as they only show delivery to the nearest mail centre, not the buyer's address. If you want to make sure you are covered then you should use click and send with the ebay branded satchels which are cheaper anyway.

hi
i didnt know that as i thought when tracking as it says delivered it was all good
but thats ok ive never had a satchel not arrive to buyer ok
so i use them on almost all of my listings
i was also told because i have them scanned at post office over counter
and get the receipts for scans i was covered as proof of postage
i never just put them in a red box,i always go to counter purchase satchel.pack.scan.get all receipts plus pink sticker
