buyer with really bad feedback comments

I have listed a whole lot of items on ebay to sell. The main person that seems to be winning all of my items has really bad feedback comments and lots of them. but when you have a look at her ebay ID she has 100%. How is this possiable? When you click on view all feedback. there are the same comments over and over again. She should be banned, she doesnt pay, waste of time, she dosent reply.I,m worried if these items go off she will owe me nearly $200.00. Do I block her now or give her the benefit of the doubt.

ok...We cant see your bidders identity, but if her feedback score is 287, then she has had 599 bids in the last 30days! Total of 449 items... She has had 5 bid retractions in the last 30 days, and 61 bid retractions in the last 6mths.

He is my opinion, and what I would do.

CANCEL ALL HER BIDS!

Then, add her ebay ID to your blocked bidders list.

Do not communicate to her, she is a loose cannon by the looks of things!

Run... far far away from her! lol

Thank you everyone for your thoughts. I am going to block her. but how does a person like this stay on and keep her 100% feedback rating.and yes you had the right person. How do we get ebay to block her. how do we let everyone else know to block her?

You can probably guarantee she would have NPB strikes against her,  as long as you, like most other smart sellers, put bidder blocks in place to prevent those with strikes from bidding you are fairly well protected, and also add them individually to your BBL.

Put in place the blocks to stop non payers as well.

To put these blocks in place hover your mouse over account in your my ebay page and from the drop down click on Site Preferences then go down the list till you see Buyer requirements and to the right of that click on show then click on edit. From there you can put in place the blocks you want, to stop those you want to block from purchasing from you.

Make sure you cancel all of her bids as well.

because buyers can only receive positive feedback so if they don't sell anything on that ID it is impossible to have anything but 100%

yeh i've the same trouble bought  a quilt cover an pillow cases first item i ever bought on ebay he had gold stars all the way thought i could'nt go wrong but the pillow cases end up wrong picture advertised he was so rude to deal with took me a whole month phoning him trying to get my money back i evenually got it but no postage back so i got my $95 but i paid $61 dollars in postage receiving my goods an my postage back this loser should'nt be aloud to sell goods espeailly with his bad attitude to costomers it was a horrible experience an dont no if i will ever buy again off ebay i'm sure this would have some black stars if he treated me like he didmaybe its all a big con these gold stars i feel deeply for you its a horrible feeling when you've be reaped off on top of this i found the same sheets in a shop not to far away they were more than half the price of his ! HOW IS THIS!!  ARE WE NOT TOLD THINGS ARE CHEAPER OFF THE NET!! really i just don't no who to believe or trust anymore!!!!!!!   YOU CAN FIND THIS GUYS SHHETS UNDER ANIMAL PRINT QUILT COVERS ON EBAY PLEASE DONT BUY OFF THIS SHOP THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY   REGARDS LIZA
