Got a guy who claimed an item I sent was broken when it I sent it intact well packed, I asked to see a picture of the broken item before i gave a refund. At first he acted like he didn't know how to do this, he was new to ebay, blah blah. I sent him 3 emails detailing how easy it was to attach a photo to his ebay response showing me the broken toy. This went on for hours. I leave the computer for a couple of hours, come back, and he has finally sent a picture of the broken toy along with an annoyed message I'm playing games with him, and he's going to complain and leave bad feedback and blah blah. So I send the refund, pretty sure he's most **bleep** off because he had to actually break the toy in the end to get his refund (nothing a little glue wont fix he's thinking). Now I have a look at this guys profile, and read his other feedback. Consistantly as a buyer he will leave terrible feedback, even though that seller has great feedback from everyone else; one poor woman he called a theif and a liar, another customer he called an A1 **bleep**- thats actually in that guys feedback for everone to read. Now I look at this guy as a seller. 3 items sold, all with negative feedback left by his customers, saying the guy is an outright con artist. Them I believe. How many people should this guy and others be allowed to harrass and bully, affecting people's ability to feed their families, until they are stopped? I am sick of my sales being at the mercy of these jerks. If I owned a store and some guy was standing out the front of it yelling at everyone trying to come in, saying I am a rip-off artist, what do you think I would do?
Maybe this rant wont change any of ebays policies, but maybe one of these jerks will read this and remember that sellers have their home address ๐

eBay US will not allow negative feedback for refunded items. ( well That is what has happened to me in the Past)
You should get the negative feed back remove by eBay.com.au As a refund has been Given.
If eBay AUSTRALIA don't stand by there sellers the same way eBay.com does the there is a PROBLEM.
Good Luck

You are correct.
eBay Australia is an entirely different entity to eBay.com and different rules apply.
