How do I combine multiple orders from a single buyer? I'm hoping to reduce their postage cost. The ebay help suggest a way of doing this in "Seller Manager". I'm not sure if I have this. I don't have an ebay store.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers,

Anyone can have Selling Manager at no cost regardless of having a store or not, it just makes handling things, especially bulk edits etc, so much easier. It is Selling Manager Pro that you have to pay for unless you hav a store.
To combine items just click on one of them in your sold list and there should be a notation at the top that the buyer has purchased other items. Click on that and you should get a list of all the items. Tick the boxes to include all of them if they ar all bing postd together, put in the revisd postage cost and then DO NOT click on the recalculate button, either click on send invoice or preview and then send.
