do I get charged a monthly seller fee on my c/card if I dont sell a thing?

DO I GET CHARGED A MONTHLY SELLER FEE EVEN IF I DONT SELL A THING?

No there is no monthly fee unless you have subscribed to something.

All that message is saying is that you have registered that card for fees to come out when you do sell something.
