Virtually no printer manufacturers supply USB cables these days but you can buy one anywhere for under $5.
On the HL-2130, the USB cable connector is located at the back left of the printer, as per the diagram below.

If it's anything like our Canon multi-function centre it will be WIFI enabled.
You only need the USB cable briefly to get it set up on your home WIFI network.
After that you unplug the USB cable and locate the printer anywhere you like in your house, no need for the USB cable connection.

Unless you don't have Wi-Fi, because there is only one computer in the house and, thankfully, none of the other appliances are internet able.

I didn't even have to use a cable to start. I put in my internet connection details in the install process and it recognised it and I was in business.
Took about half a minute.

With all the smart-phones & tablets around these days I would think most people have a home WIFI network.
We live in a townhouse complex and our phones pick up a dozen or so with varying signal strengths.
Unbelievably one of them is unsecured and we can connect to it. Even tho its signal strength is a bit lower than our own.
Sometimes when we arrive back home after being out our phones will connect up to it automatically before our own and we don't even realise it unless we check.
Whoever they are they really need to get their security settings fixed up.

Another reason not to have a home Wi-fi.
As I said, one computer, one phone (smart, but I never use more than 20% of my limit), why would I want Wifi just to connect a printer? And I doubt I'm alone.
