Does anyone have a suitable html template for uploading an Ebay listing that is good for viewing both by mobile users and desktop users?

or some info source that makes it easier for dummies like me?

If you're starting from scratch, you can buy templates on eBay. With the restrictions currently in place there's not a lot of variety, but if you search: ebay listing template mobile friendly or similar, you'll find some options.

The alternatives (such as unique, or customised, templates) tend to get on the more expensive side, or requirie subscriptions to third party sites (eg Crazy Lister).
