I think the joint venture between eBay and Aust Post for reduced postage is great, and great you can organise the postage costs online.
However, it is really disappointing that it takes up to 7 days working days to receive your bags from Aust Post!! They are Aust Post afterall!
I was not aware of this, and so as not to delay some buyers, I will now have to post items while waiting for the bags through normal postage, at a higher rate than I quoted (eBay bags) so now this costs me money.
Really disappointing when almost everyone else you buy from online in Australia can comfortably get it to you in 2-3 days in major cities.
I look forward to getting my bags end of next week! Very inconvenient..

A lot of the negs have nothing to do with satchel purchases, either. I wonder if AP would bother getting them removed?

I buy them for sending presents to family and friends interstate and the odd sale. My first lot arrived in Qld after 10 days, in fact I forgot I had bought them. Was not impressed with postage time. They are cheap enough so I now buy heaps in advance, better option that trekking to the P.O. constantly.

Perhaps we all should refer any impatient buyers to check out the AP feedback, that may show them that it is not just them that get the slow service haha

I would wait 2 weeks for anything I ordered on Ebay before getting concerned and I don't see the satchels as any different.
The ad states Satchels are shipped within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment and generally take 5 to 7 business days to be delivered, depending on your location so the only thing I'd be marking down was DSRs if the didn't send within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment ... but mine always have been and have arrived within a week ....
