eBay Selling Manger Pro won't Print Postage Lables WHY?

Ok so tonight I went to print my postage labels for the days sales.

1. Postage action select all

2. Print postage Labels.

3. Select  Address labels and invoice / packing slip 

4. continue

5. right mouse click PRINT

20 times later..............................................

No it wont print why?

this option is a main option for sellers that abide by eBay's Premium one day handling

What has changed that i have Missed?

I am that stressed I have put my store in Holiday mode until i can get this sorted out.

Use Click & Send.

That's all eBay's system is anyway.

Plus C&S print 4 labels to an A4 sheet, not just one.

I believe that the eBay postage label service is tied to AP's Click & Send. Ergo, it is only for parcels. Thus your letters won't qualify anyway. Unless you are prepared to pay a minimum of $6.95 to send a letter.

Also A packing slip is more important to my buyers than the product most of the time for tax purposes.

I don't send any paperwork. If they want a copy of the payment/invoice it is in their 'My buying'.

Nevertheless, eBay's postage label thing is tied into AP's C&S and is for parcels, not letters.

You seem to have missed reading the conditions.

The posting label through eBay only means you can do it through eBay and pay at the end of the month. It is for AP's C&S service. Which is for parcels. Which are a minimum of $6.95 to post.

When I print my invoices and printed address labels (not C&S) via Selling Manger Pro behind the Selling Manager page, another web page opens with the invoices showing on that, and I have to click the tab at the top of my broser to view the invoices, and then select print from my printers pop up box.

If another page is not appearing anywhere,

Have you tried clearing your brower history and cookies ?

Have you tried to print using another browser ?

Are you able to print other things ok ?
