eBay doens't care about it's problems

I have been calling in for multiple weeks to deal with an issue that is not of my creating.  The issue at hand is that I have been getting blocked for bidding due to 2 strikes on my account.  The problem is that I don't have two strikes.  I have called multiple times and only get customer service reps who tell me that they agree and that they have implemented a work around for me to only have the work around FAIL.  There is an IT ticket open, but no one seems to give a **bleep** to get it fixed.   I called in 5 days ago and was told I would get a call back on the status, of which I never got a status update.  Until, I had to call again, of which at this time, I have been told that eBay has done everything they can do.  I ask for escalation and I get nothing but an additional 30 to 45 minutes on hold.  This is so stupid, this is how you lose customers.  I'm probably going to stop selling here as I find it funny that there is no problem with my seller account and eBay continues to get my money from those efforts.  I think I will just stop selling here and donate to a charitable organization.  The tax deduction is probably better anyway.  eBay doesn't care about me.  This is their error and this is not my problem, but no one care to help me as it is roadblock after roadblock and the IT team is sheltered by the customer service team.   And any pass to the leadership team has led to no one who can help me.  Tonight leadership refused to take the escalated call.

You are asking this on the Australian boards and you are registered in the USA, were you also contacting the Australian CS reps ?

If so, that's probably where your problem lies.

Edit. Snap Twyn.
