I tried to send a message to the buyer regarding their open return request, and eBay automatically sent me to a page saying that I have now accepted the return and to print a post label. I have not accepted the return as the item was not incorrectly described or pictured as the buyer is claiming. Now what? I don't have a lot of faith in eBay to stand up for the rights of sellers.

Yes I have had exactly the same thing happen this week.
I tried to report this to eBay and was told there was a technical fault with the returns system and they would report it to the Technical team. They would not rectify this action.
When I asked what does one do in the future was told to use the message system directly as eBay would also look at these messages if they had to access a case.
I understand that they have introduced this returns system as they are no longer affiliated with Pay Pal.

While ebay no longer owns paypal they are still joined at the hip so to speak.
The ebay returns system has full access to the sellers paypal account to give the buyer their refund.
If the buyer does not pay with paypal they cannot get a refund through the ebay MBG.
