Hi,
Sellers be careful!
eBay offer us free subtitles on some listings, but beware as you'll then be charged for your subtitles with the 2nd & 3rd listings in your round of 3 automatic listings.
I don't think they ever told us this would happen. However, it might be in the fine print! Who knows? It's a sneaky way to claw back some lost fees due to free listings.
You need to stay vigilant & turn off the auto listings before end of auction to then remove the subtitle if you truly want it for free. This is time consuming as you then need to start the re-listing manually all over again.
Decide for yourselves if it's worth taking up the offer of free subtitles. It may be worth it for you large sellers but you small sellers need to make a judgement call.
Has anyone managed to work around this in a better, less time consuming way?

I learnt this the hard way too. Got charged with automatic relisted. Don't use it anymore. I did not find any difference insales when using the second description anyway.

It is very sneaky indeed. Last time I saw and used the offer, the re-listing rip-off you are referring to was mentioned on the boards, so I made a point of revising my listings (on another account) the day before they were due to re-list, figured might as well take advantage of the Freebies while they were available. It was a while ago, and am thinking if I remember correctly you can do it as a Bulk revision - as it was only offered for a short period of time it meant they were all due to end about the same time.

I got caught out and complained via phone and got all the fees back.
