Hey guys,
I received an email from eBay stating one of my listings had been removed and all seller fees will be credited to my account. I have just received my invoice for june/july and all the seller fees have not been credited. I contacted eBay and you just get a generic response stating you owe fees for this person and this person etc. All of those eBay ids are for the listing that was removed, but they cant seem to understand.
Has anyone had problems like this before and how were they resolved?

When a listing is removed, eBay will only credit any insertion fee that was paid - any final value fees owing from people who bought the item, remain payable.
Were the purchases cancelled or did you still send out the items etc?

If it was a zero insertion fee then your refund will be zero. Any extras you paid for like another category would not be refunded.
