Does anyone have any info of when the glitch with buyers being blocked is going to be fixed as I have quite a few buyers being blocked since the 18th and is still going on today.

I just checked my records and my first noted occurrence of the buyer location problem was back on the 6th of August 2014 but recall earlier enquiries from blocked buyers too but don't want to waste too much time on this; so this problem has been going for a tad longer than is currently being reported.
Also as a side dish; you may notice that ebay has changed all your buyer location preferences to the default setting (your ebay item/s are now in all probability available for sale to Nigeria). Good luck finding where that setting is but will give you a clue (My Account/site preferences/Buyer requirements-show/block buyers who-edit). If you use Turbo Lister a prayer or two to your god figure may help.
I have also noted massive live database merges in progress where entire inventories are down for a day to three days at a time. When they reappear some prices and other details may have been temporaily changed etc.
If you are serious about your selling back up all your files. If you have a massive inventory you will may need to seek the services of a Siberian sweatshop worker (with a Phd in computer science) to help resurrect your catalogue.
Good Luck with it all.

I have just removed the 'Block buyers with primary postage address in countries you don't post' from my listings & it seems to have fixed the problem.
You can change it with one tick of a box to all your listings in your 'Buyer Requirements' and then when (or if) Ebay fix the issue I will untick the box & put it back in place.
Hopefully no more lost sales!

But in the meantime, what if this allows buyers from overseas countries to buy your items? If you refuse (and there may be valid reasons for doing so) then it may result in a defect judging by other comments I have read on the forum.

I still have all the overseas regions blocked in my 'Excluded Postage Locations' so in theory they cannot buy.
I had another buyer email and ask we I don't post to Victoria and instead of just exempting them from the buyer requirements list thought I would try removing the block but leave the excluded countries - it worked.
Makes you wonder why if we have the 'Excluded Postage Locations' why we need another block for overseas buyers in the 'Buyer Requirements' ?
