It depends on your purposes for selling on eBay. I am trying to gradually build an online business and it suits me better to have a store which predominantly sells "BIN' items. For $19.95 you receive 80 FREE 'BINs' per month which each last 30 days. Auctions do not last that long and are a completely different selling format, not suited to the items I sell. Hope that explanation helps!

The $19.95 subscription is not a very attractive option at all if auction format works best with the type of goods you sell  

Works out for those sellers using predominantly buy-it-now format best.
