ebay will not accept my tracking number for an express postage tracking number why is that?

I have posted an express postage parcel to a buyer and ebay will not accept the tracking number for this parcel?  How do I solve this problem.  Several other parcels were sent at the same time and they were ok - but normal post.  Feedback is important so I would like to solve this problem.  Please help.

Send the buyer a message with the tracking number and explain that you were unable to enter it via eBay.

I sent several Express Post packages today and was able to enter the tracking numbers with no problems.
