buyer sent me an 'ebay complaint' demanding a refund for what she claims was item not as described, I offered her a full refund including postage on return of items, buyer refused  because she wanted to keep items as well as get a refund

when it didn't happen she left me negative feed back

note this buyer didn't put in a paypal dispute knowing she would have to return items to get a refund, her account has only a few feedback (second account) and mailing address is her work place

I have reported her to ebay and want to know what other action can be taken against this experienced scammer before she does this to some one else

By the looks of it she is a new buyer to eBay and  may not fully understand the way things should be done.

I think you should be able to get the neg removed.

If it were me I would send her a message letting her know all the correct procedures in resolving issues and see if she can retract.

Or you can do what a lot of others do and refund her the $10 but put her on the BBL.

the buyer was offered a full refund including return postage but she refused because she wanted to keep the items and get a refund

she didn't go thru paypal because she would have had to return item for a refund

this is not a new buyer but one who knows how to work the system

Maybe, there is no real proof except the way she is acting.

What ever the situation with the buyer, I think you would be able to get the neg removed.

Obviously, they are not crystal, are they? You really ought to list them as acrylic, or whatever.

The FB is factual, it will be interesting if eBay would remove it.

I have been selling for a while now and I have noticed that the occurence of buyers claiming an item they have purchased is not as described and seeking a partial or full refund without return has signfiicantly increased over the past few months.

Don't rely on ebay to get rid of your negative. I have been back and forth with ebay about a similar situation recently and even when buyers threaten, if the threats are not in the actual FEEDBACK comment itself (but just in the ebay messages to the seller), ebay most probably won't remove it.

Sorry, I mean my situation was similar because buyer had received item, but wanted another as well and would not return original item.

you know all about it do you?  now answer this

why didn't the buyer accept the full refund as she demanded

if item really wasn't as described

and why didn't she go through paypal, I know

because she would have had to return said items for a refund
