Can any one help with the process of locating an old sale approx 3 months ago, need name etc

If you were paid buy a PayPal payment then check your sales record in PayPal account

Or scroll back 3 months of your feedback

If its not back past 90-days then you can use the Paid & Posted report.

If you know the buyer ID then filter for that.
