Evening all,
I am currently listing items on the 500 free for this weekend. I am scheduling some to start next week and as I list them I am getting the message I am getting these all for free.
Can anyone confirm that these scheduled ones will be free when the listings go live as I believe.
Cheers

I believe harley is correct.
Scheduled listings usually cost if they go live after the free offer period ends.
Check the fine print of the offer.

Fees are charged at the time the listing goes live so you will be paying for any that are scheduled after the free listing period finishes.

Oh yes...I got burned quite badly by fee bay about my 40 free listings...apparently listing on the first of the month doesn't count says the girl in customer service (that I was complaining to) If the system cant keep up you will get charged fees she says.
Try listing on the third or fourth of the month to let the system catch up she says.
fee bay how about you bending over so I can plant a size ten up you bleeping fee bay bleep.
Liars, cheats, greedy thankless and a other assorted things that I could call fee bay.
Ahh how refreshing

I never have issues, but my listings always start in the evening, which means the date is usually today in the US.

On the topic of free listings - I have been offered and taken up the offer - the last being the 500 over the weekend. However, never get very far with listing - after 4 or 5 the site does a crash and burn - on both Chrome and Safari - and I spend the next 3 or 4 hours trying to reboot and get it running again. This happens every time I get extra freebies. Beginning to think it is an Ebay ruse - does anyone else get this problem?
Thanks for information on scheduling - I am away from May 1st and was planning to schedule for my return but the way sales are going I do not want to pay listing fees !!

I use Firefox for eBay (as recommended by eBay), and I've never had a problem. IE is notorious for being incompatible with the eBay framework.

I got the 500 on as well as the 500 on Griffinvale without problem, in fact I have never had any problems apart from poor internet at my home location.
Also I had an Email from Ebay confirming that even though I get a free listing message when I schedule them they will be charged when they go live.
I had to reschedule around 700 listings on Sunday night but I managed to do all.
I got trapped a long time ago when listing on the first of the month early in the morning (still yesterdy in U.S.), I now wait until the second at least to start new listings.
ITS ALL FUN?????????????
