someone may be reporting you?
do you get notifications with reasons?
Maybe GHD is on the Vero program and only ceertified resellers can sell it?

The company that owns the rights to the GHD brand is a member of eBay’s VeRo (Verified Rights Owners) program.
The link to information about VeRo and the owner of the GHD brand, Jemella is below.

It is fruitless to seek eBay permission to list, you must have Jemellas permission, at the link above they provide their contact details.
If you keep listing a listing that has been taken down without resolving the reason why the listing was removed, you will eventually lose your rights to sell anything at all.

ghd is owned by Jemella Group Limited.
Jemella is a member of eBay’s VeRo (Verified Rights Owners) program.
If you google VeRo and GHD there is a fact sheet provided by Jemella on the US ebay site regarding removal of eBay listings etc
If you keep listing the product without addressing the issue of why it was removed you may have your selling ability restricted.

The code number you have for that is showing as a counterfeit item , just google the code number and its second on the list.

If you do not remove it quickly not only could you have your selling privileges suspended you could end up with a huge fine for even owning it.
I am sure some of the old timers will remember the seller who had to pay $2,000 for having fake Polo shirts which she had purchased thinking they were genuine. Her solicitor managed to get the amount lowered from many thousands of dollars if she provided all details of the seller she purchased from.
A salutary tale for anyone who does not have a receipt from an authorised reseller of a product.
