I have had a buyer open a returns request of which I have agreed to without any fuss
just looking a the new returns menu which shows open cases and noted the following
step one - we have informed buyer to ship the item back by 26 NOV
step two - wait to get the item back before you refund buyer
step three four five blah blah blah
but then
Refund Due Date 24 NOV ???
step one - buyer to ship item back by 26 NOV
streamlined returns ... I don't think so lol

Why the hell would s/he have paid? Purely so you could refund them? What a nong!
I can't wait for the next installment in this topic. I have glued myself to the floor so I can't move away from the computer screen, in anticipation!

they are only a newish buyer with 30 odd feedback. I think they have paid because ebay sent them a cancellation request asking if they have been refunded. I suppose he wasn't sure how to answer it because he hadn't paid.
They should have just asked if he agreed to the cancellation.
