Just go the the UK site, www.ebay.co.uk and create your listing. You will have to use flat rate postage as the calculated options will apply to UK domestic services. You will also need to have your Paypal account set up to receive GBP. The fees for listing and fvfs are more expensive and you cannot get free listings if you have an Aus registered account. There are also different rules for proof of delivery, it is not enough to be able to prove you have posted.
