how can buyer ask question but it doesn't appear on listing. I have heaps of people asking me buy it now price but the question doesn't appear on listing?

You have to add the question to the listing....it is not automatic.

If you list with a buy now price it shows as the price. If you list an auction/BIN, the BIN shows until there is a bid. In which case you should be allowing the auction to run its course. That's what auction means, after all. And the BIN price disappears because it is no longer relevant, so having it show in answers is probably not a good idea, if you wish to maintain your integrity as a seller.

As Lyndal said you need to add the question to your listing,eg:

When you receive a question from a buyer and you answer it,there will be an option to add it to your listing,(you need

to tick that box for it to show on the listing).
