How do I set up paypal for selling an item I can buy with paypal but for some reason I can't sell it says ebay cant draw selling fees from paypal

You already have a PayPal account.

When selling payments can be made through your email address with PayPal.

Have you set up a 'selling' account with eBay.

In order to sell firstly upgrade your PayPal account to Premier from personal. You cannot accept payments with a personal account.

Then under account in ebay add a credit card or PayPal to automatically deduct fees from, once a month.
