You are not contacting ebay here...this is a member run forum to help with problems.
You can contact ebay by clicking on Customer Support in the top right hand corner of the page and follow the prompts.

To the top left of your screen is a tab marked "Customer Support"
Click on that
Once inside about 1/3 of the way down the page on the right, you will see two tabs (they're not very obvious, but they are links) "Find an Answer" (searching eBay's self help data base) or "Contact eBay"
Click on "Contact eBay"
You will then have 3 options: "Buying", "Selling" and "My Account".
Hover over "Selling" and a drop down menu will appear.
There is an option in the first column on the left "Leaving and Receiving Feedback"
Click on that.
You will be taken to this screen
On the right are 3 options for contact, I warmly encourage you to select "Call Me"
An eBay representative will call you back, usually in under 5 minutes.
You can then discuss this with them and they will be able to see all of the communication and other transaction details.
best of luck with this.

From my experience with trying to get feedback removed it is not very likely unless what is said is specifically in the feedback removal policy, worth a shot though. I would also phone them as they will just email you a standard speel. You could claim that stating in the feedback "what goes around will come back around" is a threat of sorts.
Funny that if someone says that postage is slow and a listing is "Fast 'n' Free" it is grounds for removal.

Just to add, the buyer could possibly get the feedback you left removed and you could get a policy violation. You would have been better calling them a liar and fraud.

If a paypal case was found in your favour you may have some hope in getting the feedback removed.
IMO it frequently depends on the rep you speak to though, their interpretation of the policy on that particular day, at that particular time and whether or not they are in a good or grumpy mood.

if a paypal case found in favour of the Op, then isn't that retaliatory feedback?

That policy does not apply to replying to feedback received as it doesn't appear in the buyer's feedback page nor affect their feedback.
It doesn't affect their feedback score, but it will appear on their feedback profile (under Feedback left for others - I tend to look at / read that page on a buyer's profile way more than I read the FB they've received).
