how to upgrade postage after item sold

I have a buyer who bought and paid for an item who now wants to upgrade postage to express but I cannot find how to do this

If you have paypal, you can just send them your own invoice for the difference.

can't be done via ebay after the sale is complete.  When this arises I suggest customers buy another, low cost item and throw the upgrade onto that.  Worst come to worst you can refund the cost of the item and just collect the postage upgrade

make a special listing for your buyer for the express postage cost;     let the buyer know the item number;
