i recently opened a cancel transaction as the buyer had not responded in any way. However the buyer has now paid but did not reply to the case. I have accepted the sale and posted the item. I now wish to close the case. How do i do that.

When U go to the opened case, click on 'close the case' - that gives U the option of saying whether the buyer has paid or not.
